ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
After placing an order successfully, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Sending confirmation messages requires providing an email address when ordering.
DELIVERY METHOD AND COSTS
You can see the delivery costs of your order after choosing the payment and delivery method. Delivery time to Finland is 2–5 days. Delivery time to the rest of Europe approx. 7–14 days, but due to the Corona pandemic, deliveries abroad may be delayed.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN TERMS
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return only applies to unused in the original packaging and products that can be resold.

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the issue to the parties mentioned in the exchange and return conditions within 14 days at the latest. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint should immediately be done with the shipping provider.
Disagreements concerning this contract, which cannot be settled through negotiation, will be resolved in the District Court of Vantaa according to Finnish legislation.
